Thank you for shopping with Avello! We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Please include your proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return To start a return, contact us athelp@avelloco.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions on where to send your item.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, you may choose from:
- A full refund to your original payment method (processed within 5–10 business days)
- An exchange for another item
- Store credit for future purchases
Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return: sale/clearance items, gift cards, and items showing signs of use or damage.
