Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We'll notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.) We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.

International Shipping International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Lost or Damaged Packages Avello is not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please email us at help@avelloco.com with your order number and photos of the damage, and we'll work to make it right.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to update your address, contact us immediately at [your email].
